I want to congratulate you on your achievements. You have been producing great results.

However, we have found some interesting paradoxes. The very traits that have helped high achievers in succeeding are preventing them from being great managers and even greater leaders. We have identified seven such traits.

It is possible that you have some of these traits that stop you from moving into the next stage of your growth as an achiever—which is to be a great manager and leader of people. Take this self-assessment to find out.

1. High achievers know their purpose and role in the team and hence do not need anybody’s help in setting their goals; but most employees do need help in clarifying goals and objectives.
