A Solution Coaching and Training was founded in 1997 by Stan Mann and adheres to the highest professional standards.

Our staff is highly qualified—all are either certified coaches or consultants. Wehave many additional professional certifications and graduate degrees.

Bio: Stan Mann, M.S.W., C.P.C., C.B.A. Stan Mann is the founder of Solution Coaching and Training. He specializes in making his clients winners by bringing out their full potential. He is expert at coaching his clients to improve performance and achieve a fulfilling life. His experience as a therapist before becoming a coach enables him to help clients make meaningful, long lasting improvements in themselves

Stan earned his M.S.W. from the University of Michigan. He graduated from Coach U and Corporate Coach U.

He is a Professional Certified Coach, member ICF, Certified Coaching Clinic© facilitator, an instructor for Comprehensive Coaching U, a Board Certified Diplomate, and a Certified Behavioral Analyst. Stan is also a prize winning speaker who speaks on personal and business success. Lastly, he is the author of TRIGGERS: A New Approch to Instant Self-Motivation.

Bio: Minesh Baxi is Certified Seminar Leader with American Seminar Leaders Association. He has degrees in Bachelor of Engineering, Master of Technology. He is a certified presenter of the Free-Free Prospecting and Self_Promotion Workshop. He does work he truly loves—inspiring people to take a fresh look at their own dreams, and to question the assumption that they cannot make them real.

Minesh Baxi is committed to encouraging people to believe in themselves, and stands as an energetic, enthusiastic & inspirational coach for individuals, businesses and organizations.

Having mastered the art of transitioning from the Indian to the American culture, Minesh has helped many business professionals adapt to their new society. He specializes in Goal-Achieving Strategies, Career Planning, and Marketing. Minesh is available to speak on a wide variety of self-improvement topics.

Bio:Sharon Lesnick, MSW, ACSW received her MSW degree from the University of Michigan and her Certified Coach training from CoachU. She is a Certified Speaker and Sales Trainer, former high school teacher, and a multi-million dollar real estate broker.

Sharon loves working with professional practices, business owners and executives to become focused, balance their time more efficiently and grow their business or their careers through appropriate personal development and accountability while having fun.

Her techniques for changing thinking patterns helps people quickly move forward. Clients have learned to build rapport, become better communicators and listeners, and manage difficult people using NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). She is also the creator of the "Confident Selling" sales course.

 

Bio: Carol Dorfman, C.P.C. Attorney, Business Owner, Creative Artist, Life Planner, Parent. I specialize in Professional Business Coaching, Executive Coaching, Life Coaching -- Balance/Integration and Personal Coaching. I believe in designing the life you want. Transforming dreams into reality is the focus of my practice.

My experience includes a law degree, over 20 years in the practice of law and mediation. The tools I employ to assist my clients are drawn from many different areas including extensive assessments from Coach U and Corporate Coach U where I received my formal coach training. I am a member of ICF and the Professional Coaches and Mentors Association.
