TeleCoaching: The Premier Level—$1,000/month
- Eight sessions (up to thirty-minutes) per month (two per week), unlimited email, as well as emergency "coaching on the spot" on nights and weekends.
- Two computerized assessments. The first describes your unique behavioral style and how to maximize your strengths and minimize possible weaknesses. The second will describe what motivates you and what activities you would find most fulfilling
- Free attendance at all our seminars
- Optional: an additional office visit per month
TeleCoaching: Change Your Life Level—$600/month
- Coaching on the phone - four 45-minute sessions per month
- E-mail and short calls in between, as needed
- Two computerized assessments (as described in Premier Level above)
TeleCoaching: Just Do It! Level—$425/month
- Coaching on the phone - three 45-minute sessions per month
- E-mail and short calls in between, as needed
- Two computerized assessments (as described in Premier Level above)
TeleCoaching: Kickstart Your Life Level—$300/month
- Coaching on the phone - three 30-minute sessions per month
- E-mail and short calls in between, as needed
TeleCoaching: Staying on Track! Level—$225/month
Two half-hour calls per month, with unlimited email between calls
One-Time Kick in the Seat—$125
One thirty-minute session to create a written blueprint for for you, if you want direction in goal-setting and accountability, but who can't commit to regular calls
Group Coaching: Mastermind Synergy—$150/month/person
Created on a continuing basis to bring together people who wish to move forward with their goals in a supportive group atmosphere. Two one-hour sessions per month.
A six-month minimum is required for group participation to ensure effective cohesiveness and consistency. Please contact me for current dates and times of groups.
TeleCoaching: Just Keep It Going! Level—$250/month
I will call you at a predetermined time on selected days to remind you of your goals and make sure you remain committed. Up to five calls per week, five minutes in length
Fees are payable one month in advance. Cash, checks, money orders and credit cards are accepted for your convenience.
