Complimentary First Session:
Your first session is free. There is no charge because I want you to
be sure you are comfortable with me as your coach before we enter into
a professional relationship.
Arrangements and Fees:
I usually coach my clients by regularly scheduled phone calls, three
times a month. Yet it's not unusual to hear from my clients at other
times to celebrate good news or get a lift when needed. I don't maintain
a huge clientele because I like to maintain a high quality relationship
with my clients. Clients tell me I am the best business partner they
have ever had; I become a part of their lives.
Fees range from $200 to $1,000 a month. (details).
In most cases, you can treat coaching as a deductible business expense.
I also provide employee training and group coaching
in person or on the phone on specific topics and issues. My hourly fee
is $200. If necessary, there may be additional charges for program design.

Money-Back Satisfaction
Guarantee: Lastly, I offer a money-back satisfaction guarantee.
If you are not delighted with your first month's coaching, I cheerfully
refund your money. I would not want it any other way. You have nothing
to lose and much to gain. So why not call or e-mail now!

How I Coach
Confidentiality is critical to our relationshipour
coaching sessions are legally confidential. Any subject discussed and/or
items shared, including such things as personal information, future
plans, proprietary information, goals, job and company information,
will remain confidential. The only exception is anything that is in
violation of applicable laws.
Type of Relationship: As discussed, we have
entered into a coaching relationship and it is not therapy or psychological
counseling. If these are needed, I am a certified therapist as well
as a coach, we can discuss how to handle such services. If there is
any question about this relationship, please bring it to my attention
immediately.
I live a balanced life: I walk my talk and ask
my clients to grow along with me and enjoy the ride with lightness and
laughter! I have an international practice: Many clients work with me
on the telephone - from next door, across the country, and around the
world.
I am on a path of mastery: I understand that
the technology of coaching is growing rapidly and I keep myself continuously
growing personally and professionally.
My job is to share what I see and sense: I do
not solve my client's problems. My clients have the answers within themselves.
I share wisdom, steps, solutions and advice, but will not create a dependency.
I coach each client differently: It is up to
my client to ask me to coach them differently, if needed. There are
many styles of coaching and the client needs to suggest style changes
to the coach.
I ask for more: My job is to ask for more than
my clients can reasonably do. I may ask for the moon and settle for
the stars. My clients can always decline or negotiate.
I am your success partner: I choose not to be
your cattle prod or accountability service. I want to support you to
take action My best coaching occurs when my client is self-generative
vs. being pushed.
I work with you as a person: I need to help my
clients reach their goals and solve problems, but I also want to know
who my client is, where he/she comes from, where he/she is at, how he/she
thinks, assumptions he/she has made, and what motivates him/her.
I strive for the "Ah-Hahs": The value of coaching
isn't based on how much time is spent coaching. Great coaching can occur
in 60 seconds - when the right thing is said in the right way, my client
leaps forward.
I give field work: The coaching session isn't
the key aspect of the coach process. Having great sessions with my clients
is important, but it's not the "quality" of our session that's most
important. Rather, it's how well my client integrates and uses what
we discussed between sessions.
